AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for the “Doctor’s Assistant – Training Provided” role in Novi, MI, it’s essential to consider the current market trends and average salaries for similar positions in the healthcare sector. As of late 2023, entry-level roles such as medical assistants typically earn between $15-$20 per hour, while roles that are slightly more specialized or in training might command rates at the higher end of that range or slightly above, depending on factors such as the size of the practice and specific job responsibilities. If the rate in question falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards.
