Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, in support of our mission to enhance the world’s capacity to care. Our organization provides an array of non-medical services that empower aging adults to remain in the comfort of their own homes while navigating the challenges associated with aging with dignity, care, and respect.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
• Performing light housekeeping tasks and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders and assisting with appointment scheduling
• Supporting clients with personal care needs, including grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence management
• Delivering specialized care for clients living with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

• A commitment to treating seniors and their belongings with the utmost dignity and respect
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and respect when interacting with clients
