As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, also known as a Beauty Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in meeting the beauty needs of our customers while driving sales. You will serve as both a product educator and a beauty enthusiast, specializing in helping our customers feel beautiful and confident. Your responsibilities will include building a client base and nurturing strong relationships to achieve sales goals. Embracing innovation, you will leverage new selling strategies and communicate effectively with customers both virtually and via phone. Additionally, you will provide consultations on makeup application and other beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
• Utilize your product knowledge to provide expert advice tailored to each customer’s preferences and needs.
• Cultivate relationships with customers by introducing them to beauty products and identifying their hidden desires.
• Demonstrate the use of beauty products, applying them directly on customers.
