Job description:
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire’s, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets through effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting in the accomplishment of retail store objectives by driving sales initiatives.
– Opening and closing the store as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations during management absences.
– Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
– Demonstrating Claire’s diverse range of products to customers.
– Addressing customer inquiries with your comprehensive product knowledge.
– Aiding in the execution of store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock audits, markdowns, and promotions.
– Performing ear piercing services, with all necessary training provided.
– Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment for customers.

About You:

– Completion of some high school education is required.
– A minimum of one year of retail experience is necessary.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities.
– Basic proficiency in computer usage.
– A solid understanding of customer service principles.
– Competency in basic mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
– Physical capability to stand for extended periods and maneuver merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
– Skills in bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing as needed while assisting customers and managing merchandise placement.
– Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Compensation Range: $11.65 – $13.65
