Job description:
This modern, state-of-the-art facility is set to open in March 2025, with interviews commencing in February 2025. We are seeking dynamic and positive automotive technicians/mechanics who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidates will have a strong problem-solving aptitude and a commitment to doing what is best for our customers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Utilizing technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
– Building experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
– Conducting comprehensive, accurate, and candid courtesy vehicle inspections.
– Collaborating effectively with team members to address customer concerns promptly.
– Upholding and promoting our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
– Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
– Working collaboratively with fellow technicians to resolve issues, meet timelines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications for this position:

– A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
– ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to obtain them.
– Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
– Ability to meet or exceed productivity goals.
– Eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
– A professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
– A desire for long-term career growth and development.

Physical requirements include:

– Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
– Capacity to work with tools on vehicles raised above head height.
– Comfort working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
– Dexterity for efficient use of hand tools.
– Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
– Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
– Competence in navigating computer systems effectively.
