We are excited to announce a hiring opportunity at the Kalamazoo Costco location! We are in search of enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals who can serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This role presents a unique opportunity to promote and sell our nutritional supplements, including products from Qunol and Zena, such as Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

In this role, representatives will receive training to effectively encourage sales, actively demonstrating the features, advantages, and value of our popular products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and a variety of Turmeric items.

Available Demo Hours:
10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available! Saturdays and Sundays are particularly strong commission days.

This position is well-suited for individuals seeking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting at $25 per hour, with additional bonuses based on achieving sales targets
• W-2 employment status
• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200-$300 per day, while top performers can exceed $500 per day!

Bonus Structure:
We offer four products at Costco, typically featuring three on the demo table. The following outline reflects your potential bonus earnings:

• Sell 30 Super Greens: earn $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: earn $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): earn $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with Costco members to promote the brands represented by our suppliers.
• Maintain a competent and professional demeanor while present at Costco.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly monitor communications regarding scheduling and other messages from your manager.
• Be available for scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
• Lift and transport a 2′ x 4′ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back after your shift.
• Carry products and demonstration materials to and from your vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole representative at your location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in direct sales.
• Proficient with email and basic computer/mobile device functions.
