Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with KFC standards and policies.
  • Lead and manage the team, providing support to the Restaurant General Manager in training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure food safety compliance, and address customer inquiries.
  • Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash management and expense control.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a food service or retail environment, with Profit & Loss responsibility, ideally in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant on at least two nights per week.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling heavy items; standing and walking for the duration of shifts; navigating compact spaces safely; and operating restaurant equipment.

The specific salary will be discussed during the hiring process and will vary based on factors including location and applicable laws. Expected starting pay for this position varies by state and jurisdiction as follows:

  • All other locations: $12.00 to $22.00 per hour
  • State of Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
  • State of New York: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
  • New York City: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
  • Cincinnati, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
  • Toledo, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
