POSITION SUMMARY
Our focus extends beyond simply providing meals for our guests; we strive to create memorable and unique experiences, complemented by exceptional food and beverages. As a Guest Service Expert, you will take the initiative to offer a diverse range of services that enhance the dining experience for our guests. This includes setting tables, liaising with the kitchen staff, actively engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies, ensuring that every interaction feels integral to the overall experience.
Critical to your success in this role are several key responsibilities: fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high quality standards, and presenting yourself professionally through your uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Service Experts will be required to be on their feet for extended periods, navigate sloping and uneven surfaces, manage the menu by verifying information both visually and through reading, and engage in hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. Additionally, physical activities will include reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and stooping as necessary. Performing these functions effectively—as well as any other reasonable duties as assigned—is essential to providing our guests and business with a flawless experience each time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than one year of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
