Job Title: Breakfast Server

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market rate for entry-level food service positions in the area, especially given the rising cost of living and increasing minimum wage trends across the state. As of 2023, average hourly wages for similar roles in the region typically range from $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and tips. While the base pay aligns with some lower-wage establishments, it may be less appealing in a market where many employers are offering more competitive wages along with benefits. Therefore, this rate may challenge recruitment and retention efforts for such positions.
