Job description:

SpartanNash is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, along with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead technical projects from inception through to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to accurately understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Remain current with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues associated with Salesforce implementations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices and development techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce, preferably with prior consulting or implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (and/or Industry Clouds), Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
