Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program (Detroit)

Company: Sherwin-Williams

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $53500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $53,500 for a “Management & Sales Training Program” position in Detroit, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25.69. This pay is generally considered on the lower end for management training programs, especially in larger metropolitan areas like Detroit, where the cost of living and market demand can drive salaries higher. Typically, such roles can range from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on the company and specific industry. Competitive programs may offer more than this, especially with potential commission structures or bonuses in sales-oriented roles. Therefore, while this salary may be adequate for entry-level positions, it may not be fully competitive when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region.
