A Banquet Server plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful setup and execution of all assigned banquet functions.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification is required, in compliance with state regulations.
- The ability to clearly communicate information and ideas is essential.
- Must possess the capability to quickly and accurately evaluate and select among alternative courses of action.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, adapting to the varying scheduling needs of the hotel.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag during shifts, as per brand standards.
- Adhere to all Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Fulfill certification requirements applicable to the position, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety certifications.
- Consistently maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Undertake preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests.
- Become knowledgeable about the Banquet Event Order and the menu for assigned functions.
- Perform other duties as required.
