Position Summary

• Housekeeping: Execute cleaning duties, such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing assigned areas, including bathrooms, patient rooms, and common areas. Responsible for trash disposal and other related tasks.
• Safety: Use protective gear as required, safely mix and use cleaning solutions, and promptly report any equipment or cleaning product needs. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and infection control standards at all times.
• Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance, complete assigned tasks on schedule, and respond promptly to the paging system.
• Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by following instructions and maintaining courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
• Resident Experience: Engage in positive, respectful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and the capability to follow both oral and written instructions while performing routine tasks.
• After receiving proper training, exhibit initiative and leadership in completing responsibilities independently and without injury.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Dependability in work attendance is essential.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements as per State, Local, and customer mandates.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull a similar weight, and sustain prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
• Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
