Pay: $53500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the annual rate of $53,500 for the “Management & Sales Training Program” in Dearborn, MI, we can convert it to an hourly wage, which is approximately $25.68 (assuming full-time hours of 40 per week and 52 weeks a year). This hourly rate is generally considered below average for management training programs, especially in metropolitan areas like Detroit, where the cost of living can influence salary expectations. Typically, management and sales training roles in similar markets may offer compensation ranging from $30,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on the company, industry, and candidate’s experience. Therefore, while the position may appeal to entry-level candidates or those new to the field, it would be seen as non-competitive for those with prior experience or specialized skills.
