Job description:

  • Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Efficiently scan membership IDs upon entry.
  • Manage incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies promptly.
  • Update member accounts as necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Availability to work opening, closing, and mid-day shifts.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to members, potential members, and guests.
  • Support other departments with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of customer service or related experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Dependable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and personable.
