AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $53,500 for the “Management & Sales Training Program” in Detroit translates to approximately $25.68 per hour, assuming a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. In the context of the Detroit job market, this compensation is somewhat below the average for management training or sales positions, which typically range from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on the specific industry, company size, and job responsibilities.
