In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all patrons, embodying our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model exemplary customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and uphold a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established operating procedures.
  • Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Effectively process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company policies.
  • Engage in store recovery efforts as necessary throughout each shift.
  • Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and receive recognition, as well as constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
