Job Description
Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program (Detroit)
Company: Sherwin-Williams
Location: Flat Rock, MI
Pay: $53500 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $53,500 translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25.69, assuming a standard 40-hour workweek. This compensation for a “Management & Sales Training Program” in Flat Rock, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for entry-level management training roles, which typically range from $40,000 to $60,000 or more annually, depending on the industry and company size. Additionally, the cost of living in the Detroit metropolitan area may influence salary expectations, often necessitating higher compensation to remain competitive. Consequently, while the pay is adequate for entry-level positions, it may not fully align with industry standards or expectations, particularly for a role that involves management training.
