– Receiving travel requests for new reservations via telephone or email.
– Promptly following up on guest inquiry leads for potential bookings.
– Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
– Upholding a high standard of service for every caller through proper communication and phone etiquette.
– Accurately quoting rates and possessing comprehensive knowledge of available promotions and discounts.
– Processing guest deposits.
– Maintaining up-to-date profiles for potential and current guests.
– Utilizing computerized reservation systems to book hotel accommodations and generate confirmations.
– Providing concierge services, showcasing a general knowledge of the property and surrounding area, including nearby restaurants, entertainment options, special events, and general directions.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should be proficient in various software applications, including database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software. Familiarity with SpringerMiller, Marriott software, and/or SalesForce is preferred, though not mandatory.
