Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program (Detroit)

Company: Sherwin-Williams

Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay: $53500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze an annual salary of $53,500 for the “Management & Sales Training Program” in Dearborn, MI, we first convert this figure to an hourly rate based on a full-time work schedule (approximately 2,080 hours per year), which results in an hourly rate of about $25.67. In the context of management and sales training roles, this compensation can be considered on the lower end, especially for a position that may require educational qualifications and soft skills. Typically, salaries for similar roles in urban areas like Detroit can range from $40,000 to over $70,000 annually, depending on the specific industry, company, and job responsibilities. Therefore, while the offered salary may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not align with the expectations of more experienced candidates or those with higher qualifications, suggesting that it could be viewed as less attractive compared to industry standards in the region.
