In your role as a Teacher, you will:

  • Implement KinderCare’s curriculum, tailoring it to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Collaborate with parents, working together to provide the best care and education for their children.
  • Contribute to the success of your center by partnering with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community members, and corporate partners.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and situations.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification, or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Compliance with state-specific qualifications for the role, or a willingness to obtain them.
  • An active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, or a willingness to pursue it.
