Job Title: Expeditor – Big E’s EBL

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $13 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for the role of “Expeditor – Big E’s EBL” in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards for similar positions. As of late 2023, typical pay for expeditors in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties associated with the role. Additionally, factors such as cost of living and local minimum wage standards, which are around $10.10 per hour in Michigan, suggest that while the offered rate is above minimum wage, it may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates when compared with market averages. Consequently, organizations looking to recruit effectively may need to consider adjusting their compensation to align more closely with industry norms.
