In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging and interacting with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to provide support across multiple areas of the store as the business requires.
Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices while interacting with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and strengthen a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring proper cash handling in accordance with established procedures.
– Promote store credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Maintain and uphold our merchandising philosophy while adhering to established procedures and standards.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company guidelines.
– Initiate and participate in store recovery efforts as necessary throughout the day.
– Ensure the sales floor meets organizational and cleanliness standards while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback respectfully.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support store goals related to shrink reduction and theft prevention.
– Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a secure work environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
