THE JOB:
As a Culinary Utility team member, you will play a vital role in establishing the foundation for an exceptional guest experience. Utilizing your culinary skills, you will assist in the preparation of high-quality cuisine across all our dining outlets. In this position, you will collaborate with front-of-house staff to create incredible memories that our guests will cherish long after their visit.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Collaborate with a diverse and enthusiastic team in a fast-paced environment to achieve company objectives
- Demonstrate your culinary passion by preparing menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests and colleagues through a friendly demeanor and attentive listening
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked back-of-house area to ensure a seamless operation
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Fulfill other job-related tasks as assigned
THE STARTING PAY: $16.21
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Exhibits high energy and a positive attitude
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Has at least six months of previous prep-cooking experience
- Is knowledgeable about standard kitchen equipment
- Demonstrates proficient knife skills and a solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Is well-versed in health and safety regulations
