Responsibilities:
- Conduct floor care activities, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
- Safely and efficiently operate floor care equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of floor care activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control and universal precautions protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in floor care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
- Competence in following oral and written instructions while performing routine tasks daily.
- Residency within the service area is required.
