Responsibilities of the Sales Associate include:

  • Welcoming every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients, referred to as “intros”
  • Managing telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer service communications at the front desk
  • Conducting studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests
  • Collaborating with the fitness team to assist potential clients during their initial Orangetheory workout
  • Achieving monthly sales goals by selling memberships to ensure the studio’s success
  • Onboarding new members through Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
  • Following up with prospective clients via email and telephone communications
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a resolution-focused approach
  • Engaging in Orangetheory classes, along with participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment by following a daily cleaning checklist
