As a Lounge Server, your primary responsibility will be to create an exceptional guest experience by serving beverages within the designated lounge outlet. By understanding and appreciating our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver memorable moments that extend well beyond their stay with us.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to achieve organizational objectives.
• Engaging with guests with a warm smile and attentively listening to their stories while efficiently processing beverage transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) register.
• Demonstrating extensive beverage knowledge, including liquor brands, beers, wines, non-alcoholic options, mixed drinks, and all menu items.
• Ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere by maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front of house.
• Upholding guest safety through adherence to proper food and beverage handling and sanitation protocols.
• Taking ownership of the guest experience by employing problem-solving skills to exceed expectations.

Compensation: Starting pay is $13.35, with additional direct tips.
