What You Will Do:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new skills and increasing your earning potential through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program
  • Participating in daily nursing reports while taking detailed notes
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation as needed
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and making independent decisions when necessary
