Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and perform standing, sitting, bending, and walking activities for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Willingness to work around cleaning products.
  • Proficiency in following both oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
