Travel Remodel Merchandiser Nights – $18 to $19

SPAR is expanding its overnight reset and remodel team! As a member of this full-time racking team of Reset Construction professionals, you will participate in remodeling the interiors of home improvement retail chains. The position involves working overnight hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, where you will be responsible for constructing heavy steel racking, pallet racking, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures.

Candidates with previous experience in construction, resets, remodels, fixture installation, racking, or general labor will find this opportunity particularly suitable. The ideal candidate for this role is self-sufficient, highly motivated, knowledgeable in the use of tools, and eager to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:
– Remediate and remodel big box retail stores during overnight shifts
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Relocate products from old to new pallet racking
– Construct and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Collaborate with Plan-O-Grams in executing all tagging and placement approved by store management
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Engage in substantial physical activity, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
– Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Capable of following directions regarding tagging, rotating, and positioning products on shelves
– Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 feet as required
– Experience in lifting weights of up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
– Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Experience with Planograms is preferred
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledgeable in the use of basic tools necessary for the role
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential
– A personal cell phone and valid email address are required

– Appropriate work footwear is mandatory on job sites
