Job Description
Job Title: Dietary Aide
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Michigan
Pay: $14.42 – 17.04 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.42 to $17.04 for a Dietary Aide in Michigan is generally considered to be within the competitive range, though it may vary slightly depending on the specific region and the employer’s facility type (e.g., hospital, nursing home). As of 2023, the average hourly wage for dietary aides across the U.S. tends to fall between $12 to $18, with Michigan typically aligning with this range, indicating that this rate is on the lower end to mid-range of the industry standards, especially in metropolitan areas where the cost of living is higher. Factors such as experience, certifications, and additional responsibilities may affect individual pay, suggesting that while the offered range can attract entry-level candidates, more experienced aides may seek higher compensation.
