Join our esteemed overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a leader in retail construction. We are seeking a full-time Senior Lead to supervise a dedicated team of three professionals, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently upheld during overnight shifts from Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM. As the onsite senior supervisor, you will travel to various home improvement retail chains to oversee the installation of heavy steel racking, pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, as well as resets and remodels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and maintains high standards of workmanship, guaranteeing that each remodel project exceeds expectations. This Senior Lead position serves as a prerequisite for advancement to the District Operations Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-5 individuals on-site
- Execute overnight remodels in big box retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Relocate products to new pallet racking setups
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Adhere to Plan-O-Grams approved by store management
- Update store signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Engage in significant physical activity, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Proficiency in reading and following blueprints and Plan-O-Grams
- Experience in retail operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with big box home improvement reporting programs
- Ability to follow directions regarding product placement and rotation
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Capability of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (personal hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools required)
- Planogram experience preferred
- Previous construction experience desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred

- Appropriate work footwear must be worn at the job site
