Responsibilities:
In this position, you will serve as a vital presence in the restaurant, always in view of our guests. Your ability to engage in conversation while simultaneously ensuring the buffet remains clean, organized, and clutter-free is crucial. Attention to detail in maintaining safe hot and cold holding procedures, reheating policies, and overall food handling safety is imperative.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Adhering consistently to all safe food handling and hygiene standards of the hotel
– Thriving in a fast-paced, often dynamic environment
– Effectively communicating with all staff, particularly our guests
– Collaborating with cooks and assistants to ensure the buffet is clean and well-stocked
– Acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all food offerings, with a specific focus on buffet items
– Proactively assessing inventory needs for the buffet to optimize guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
