Position Summary

• Housekeeping: Execute housekeeping and cleaning tasks, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and patient room furniture, while ensuring the removal and disposal of trash.
• Safety: Utilize protective gear and adhere to all safety precautions while responsibly mixing and using cleaning solutions. Report any equipment or product issues promptly and maintain established safety and quality standards.
• Punctuality: Exhibit consistent attendance and punctuality, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks.
• Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by fulfilling instructions and maintaining courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, coworkers, and client staff.
• Resident Experience: Engage in positive and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

• Work with a positive attitude and the ability to follow oral and written instructions while performing routine tasks consistently.
• Upon completing training, demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage responsibilities independently and safely.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
