Position Summary
- Housekeeping: Execute housekeeping and cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and furniture in patient and dining areas, along with trash removal and other assigned duties.
- Safety: Employ protective gear for all applicable tasks, ensure proper handling and mixing of cleaning solutions while adhering to safety protocols, and report equipment and product needs to supervisors where necessary.
- Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance, timely arrival, and prompt completion of assigned duties in accordance with the schedule, including responsive engagement with the paging system.
- Customer Experience: Exemplify the values of HCSG by being courteous and cooperative with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
- Resident Experience: Foster positive and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Qualifications
- Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to follow both oral and written instructions while performing routine, repetitive tasks.
- After completing necessary training, demonstrate leadership skills to independently fulfill responsibilities safely and efficiently.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must reliably attend work as scheduled and on time.
