Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide – Morning Hours (Battle Creek)
Company: Help at Home
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Home Care Aide position in Battle Creek, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the typical pay range for home care aides in Michigan is between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employing agency. In Battle Creek, where the cost of living is relatively affordable, $17 may attract applicants; however, it could struggle to retain qualified workers, especially given the increasing demand for home care services and rising labor costs nationwide. Therefore, while the rate is aligned with the lower spectrum of industry standards, enhancing benefits or offering incentives might improve its appeal.
