Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead $52k year

Company: Spar Group

Location: Dundee, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $52,000 for the role of “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Dundee, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25, which may be considered on the lower end for similar positions in the retail and remodeling sectors, particularly for a senior or lead role that often involves additional responsibilities and expertise. Industry standards can vary, but senior roles in project management or higher-level positions in retail often command higher wages, typically ranging from $30 to $50 per hour depending on the size of the company and regional demand. In summary, while $52,000 may be sufficient for entry-level positions, it appears less competitive for a senior lead role in an evolving market, suggesting potential room for negotiation or raises based on performance and experience.
