Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead $52k year

Company: Spar Group

Location: Belleville, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $52,000 per year translates to approximately $25 per hour, which appears to be on the lower end for a Senior Lead role in the remodeling and resets industry, especially given the responsibilities often associated with a senior position, such as project management, team leadership, and extensive experience. In Belleville, MI, the average pay for similar roles typically ranges higher, often between $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience and company size. Given these factors, the offered rate may not be competitive and may not align with industry standards, suggesting a stronger negotiation for higher compensation could be warranted.
