Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate of $52,000 per year for the role of “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Macomb, MI, we must first convert the annual salary into an hourly wage. Dividing $52,000 by 2,080 hours (the typical number of working hours in a year) yields an approximate hourly rate of $25.00. In the context of the retail and facility management industries, where resets and remodels are common, this rate is somewhat competitive but may vary based on factors such as experience, company size, and project complexity. For similar roles in the region, wages can range from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on specific responsibilities and skill levels. Therefore, while this salary is on the lower end of the spectrum, it might still be attractive for entry-level positions or smaller firms, but more experienced candidates may seek higher compensation.
