POSITION SUMMARY
Our focus extends beyond merely serving food and beverages; we aim to create a memorable and unique experience for our guests—with culinary delights as an enhancement. Our Guest Service Experts are proactive in delivering a comprehensive range of services to ensure a delightful dining experience. Responsibilities include setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, as well as maintaining work areas and equipment, ensuring that each transaction contributes to an exceptional guest experience.
Success in this role hinges on a few essential elements: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance through uniform and communication. Guest Service Experts will remain agile throughout their shifts—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods while navigating various surfaces. They will also manage the menu with diligence (reading and visually verifying information) and engage in hands-on tasks, which may include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Physical dexterity is required, with tasks that entail reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties effectively, along with any reasonable additional responsibilities, is crucial for our Guest Service Experts to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our business consistently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than one year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
License or Certification: None required.
