AI Pay Analysis: To provide a comprehensive analysis of the hourly rate for the role of “Operations Tech, Blasting” in Farmington Hills, MI, I would need specific figures for that hourly rate. However, generally speaking, the competitiveness of this rate would depend on regional market rates, industry standards, and the specific responsibilities associated with the role. Blasting operations are often part of sectors like construction, mining, or demolition, and factors such as experience level, certification requirements, and the demand for skilled labor in that area also play significant roles. In Farmington Hills, an average hourly rate for technical roles may range from $20 to $35, but a more precise evaluation would require the actual hourly figure to assess competitiveness against industry benchmarks.
