We are currently seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to oversee and implement all company and community events. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing internal gatherings, including staff meetings and training sessions featuring guest speakers from the clinical research industry. Additionally, the Event Coordinator will identify and facilitate participation in community events that promote the institute’s initiatives and health screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of company events, encompassing staff meetings, training sessions, and educational seminars.
  • Identify and secure prominent guest speakers from the clinical research sector for company events.
  • Manage all logistical elements of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

• Community Engagement:

  • Research and identify community events that resonate with the goals and values of Revival Research Institute.
  • Plan and organize promotional activities and health screenings at community events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and event coordinators.

• Budget Management:
