The Sales Associate role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Greet every studio visitor with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
  • Effectively present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to prospective clients during “intros”
  • Manage telephone inquiries, follow-ups, and customer care calls at the front desk
  • Conduct studio tours for walk-in and first-time guests
  • Collaborate with fitness staff to guide new clients through their initial Orangetheory workout
  • Achieve membership sales goals to support studio success
  • Onboard new members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
  • Follow up with potential clients via email and phone
  • Address member requests and concerns professionally and constructively
  • Engage in Orangetheory classes and participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization by adhering to established cleaning protocols
