As a Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience through your welcoming demeanor and outstanding service. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will:
– Patrol and monitor all areas of the property.
– Deliver exemplary guest service to both visitors and employees.
– Serve as a First Responder during emergency situations.
– Conduct gaming drops and transactions, which include handling drop boxes and chip carriers.
– Resolve complaints and issues involving guests and employees.
– Respond to emergencies as required.

The starting pay for this position is $17.50.

We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– The ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in defensive tactics and handcuffing techniques.
– Competence in participating in evacuation procedures to assist guests and employees during emergencies.
– The capability to operate assigned equipment effectively.
– Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
– A valid driver’s license.
– Must be 21 years of age or older.
