As a vital team member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, embodying the principles of customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere strictly to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster and maintain a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns following established operating procedures, including providing correct change.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold the merchandising philosophy as per established procedures and standards.
– Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery processes as needed throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept constructive feedback and recognition.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Engage in safety awareness practices to maintain a secure shopping environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
