We are pleased to offer Zone #1 Drivers a selection of premium pay plans:
For Contract Drivers (1099):
- 70 cents per mile (CPM), averaging 2,600 to 2,800 miles per week.
- Day Rate of $300, averaging $1,600 to $1,800 per week.
- 30% of gross pay, averaging $1,800 per week.
For Company Drivers (W2):
- 63 cents per mile, averaging 2,600 to 2,800 miles per week.
- For a limited time, we are offering new W2 Drivers a premium starting rate of 63 CPM; the base rate is 60 CPM (conditions apply).
- Day Rate of $260, averaging $1,400 to $1,600 per week.
- Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, RX, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Per Diem.
For Zone #2, Real Trucking offers Contract Drivers (1099) the option of 65 CPM or 30% of gross pay, while W2 Drivers receive 60 CPM.

Payment Structure Overview:

W2 Drivers:
- $0.60 CPM for all empty and loaded miles.
- Extra Stop: $50 per stop.
- Detention: $15/hour (applies after the first 2 hours).
- Layover: $125 per day (if the truck is inoperable).
- 1099 Drivers:
- $0.65 CPM for all empty and loaded miles.
- Extra Stop: $50 per stop.
- Detention: $15/hour (applies after the first 2 hours).
- Layover: $150 per day (if the truck is inoperable).
Flat Rate Payments:
- W2: $275
- 1099: $325
Payments are issued based on full utilization of working hours, with a minimum requirement of 9 hours per day (including weekends). If a driver works less than 9 hours on weekends, payment will be prorated.
Additional Benefits for W2 Drivers:
- Per diem is provided, allowing a portion of the paycheck to be exempt from taxes for OTR drivers who are away from home.
- Company covers 50% of medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- One week of paid vacation after one year of employment.
1099 Drivers:
- Responsible for a weekly charge of $36.75 for occupational insurance.
- An escrow/security deposit of $1,200 will be deducted at a rate of $200 per week for the first six weeks and returned 30 days after the last day worked (in the event of a quit or extended absence).
- Drivers must have an active business entity registered with the IRS and a business bank account to work under 1099; otherwise, they will commence under W2.
Owner-Operators (O/O):
- Owners are compensated at an 80% rate, with 20% allocated for dispatch, trailer, maintenance, and cargo insurance.
- Weekly Charges:
- Pre-Pass: $5
- Log Book: $10
- OCCAI: $36.75
- Parking: Free at Broadview, charges apply at Hillsborough, NJ.
- Escrow/Security Deposit: $2,000 deducted at $250 per week for the first eight weeks, refundable after 30 days post-employment.
Additional Equipment and Support:
- Free installation of a Samsara Event Recorder with a requirement for return upon termination.
- Side cameras, as well as backup camera provisions.
- Optional Bobtail physical damage and liability insurance can be purchased, alongside benefits for plates and IFTA (first $350 covered by Real).
- Fuel cards and a 24/7 support line.
- Company drivers have all expenses covered, excluding new 1099 drivers; O/O or lease drivers have 50% of expenses covered, including travel-related costs and drug tests.
Referral Bonus:
Receive $1,500 for successful referrals ($750 after the first full week + $750 after 90 days of work).
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 23 years old.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience is required.
- No more than one moving violation in the last year, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years. No accidents within the last three years.
- Must have a clean MVR and PSP record, with no DUI or criminal history.
