Job description:

In this role, you will greet guests upon their arrival, manage their accounts, and ensure they have all the resources necessary for an outstanding experience during their stay. Currently, we are looking to fill a part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend a warm welcome to every guest, facilitating their check-in and check-out processes, while ensuring accurate distribution of keys and room assignments.
  • Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries from guests both in-person and online, including matters related to room bookings, rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and care when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in handling telephone communications and effectively troubleshooting challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
