AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Associate Endodontist” in Rochester, MI, we would typically consider various factors, including the average salary range for endodontists in the region, cost of living, and local demand for dental services. As of 2023, endodontists in the U.S. generally earn between $150 to $300 per hour, depending on experience, practice type, and demand. In Michigan, the rates may skew slightly lower than the national average but should remain competitive within the state. If the offered hourly rate falls within or above this range, it would likely be considered competitive; otherwise, it may require adjustment to align with broader industry standards. Without specific figures, a final conclusion cannot be definitively drawn.
