Responsibilities
As a key member of our property maintenance team at a premier Class A 446-unit garden-style community located just 30 minutes from downtown Boston, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and preserving our luxury community to ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
– Maintaining and preserving the multi-million dollar luxury community to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.
– Utilizing advanced troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems.
– Developing strong relationships with residents and addressing various general maintenance issues (including appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a prompt manner.
– Assisting the Service Supervisor with preparing make-ready schedules and conducting walkthroughs of all make-ready units to ensure they are in prime condition for prospective residents.
– Placing orders with approved vendors for necessary supplies and equipment.
– Contributing to the service team’s efforts in maintaining strong curb appeal for the property.
Qualifications
– A minimum of 2 years of relevant multifamily or hotel maintenance experience.
– In-depth knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
– HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are required.
– CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications are also required (can be obtained after hire).
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
– Training will be provided on how to use make-ready schedules, Payables Nexus for ordering supplies, and Yardi for service requests (training may occur after hire).
– Strong customer service skills.
– Availability to be on-call as needed.

Pay Range
$23.07 – $25.53 per hour.
