AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for an “Office Assistant” role in Royal Oak, MI, it’s vital to compare it with the average pay in the area and similar roles nationally. As of my last update, the typical hourly rate for office assistants in this region tends to range between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific responsibilities, and company size. Therefore, if the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards for the role in that location.
